Egg And Sausage Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 slices bread
    1 lb. sausage
    Cheddar cheese
    9 eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cube the bread and place in a large loaf cake pan (9 x 13-inch).
    Brown sausage in frying pan and drain.
    Place a layer of sausage (cooked and drained) on top of bread cubes, then add a layer of grated Cheddar cheese.
    Mix the eggs and milk (beat) and pour on top of the cheese.
    Leave all night in the refrigerator. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cut and serve.
    Makes 12 generous servings.
