Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 c. shredded red cabbage
    2 ears of corn, kerneled (do not cook corn)
    4 Brussel sprouts, sliced thin
    1 c. clover sprouts
    Romaine or butter lettuce for two
    Your favorite dressing
Preparation
    Prepare a bed of lettuce.
    Combine the first five ingredients and scoop onto lettuce.
    Pour your favorite dressing over top. Serves two.
