Irene'S Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    29 oz. can sweet potatoes or yams with juice
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    3/4 to 1 c. brown sugar
    12 to 15 marshmallows (optional)
Preparation
    Mash up potatoes. Save out part of the juice until you see if you need it. Add rest of ingredients and mix well with potato masher until it resembles regular mashed potatoes. Pour into greased casserole. Add marshmallows on top, if desired. Bake at 350\u00b0 until set (about 20 to 30 minutes) and marshmallows are browned.
