Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless pork, cut in one inch cubes
    corn oil
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. bottled barbecue sauce
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 (20 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    1 green pepper, cut in strips
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Brown meat in small amount of corn oil.
    Season with salt and pepper. Stir in mixture of barbecue sauce, pineapple juice, vinegar and cornstarch.
    Cover and simmer 35 minutes.
    Add pineapple and pepper.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Serve with hot rice.
