Chicken Dijon In Phyllo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter
    1/2 c. Dijon mustard
    2 c. heavy cream
    1 pkg. (16 sheets) phyllo dough
    1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cubed
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a large skillet, melt half the butter over medium heat. Saute chicken just until it turns white, but not long enough to cook through.
    Remove from heat.
    Drain chicken and transfer to mixing bowl.
    Stir in mustard and heavy cream.
    Chill for a few hours.
