Wacky Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. cold water
pinch of salt
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/8 c. milk

Preparation

Boil this until dissolved and thickened well.
Set aside to cool and then beat.
Spread on cake while warm.
