Best Ever Lima Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 slices bacon
1/4 c. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
3 c. cooked dried lima beans
3/4 c. cooking liquid from beans
1/2 c. celery
1/3 c. catsup
2/3 c. molasses
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation

Fry bacon until crisp.
Remove and break into small pieces. Cook onion and celery gently in bacon fat until golden, but not brown.
Add remaining ingredients and cooked bacon bits.
Pour into greased shallow 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or more.
