Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef chunks
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 garlic clove
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 c. green onions
    1 c. green pepper
    4 c. water
    2 large tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Slice beef in 1-inch strips, about 4-inches long.
    Mix soy sauce, ginger and garlic.
    Coat meat with flour and soy sauce mixture.
    Brown in skillet with small amount of oil.
    Add water. Cook until meat is tender.
    Add vegetables.
    Simmer about 10 minutes.
    Add cornstarch to mixture.
    Serve over rice or noodles. This recipe will serve 5 people.
