Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. salt
3 c. water
3 tsp. cream of tartar
4 Tbsp. oil
food coloring
scented oil/extracts

Preparation

Mix everything together.
Heat on low flame until mixture lumps together.
Stir to thick \"mashed potato\" thickness.
Store in plastic bags or airtight containers. Will freeze well.
