Shepherd'S Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    1 can mixed vegetables or 1 small pkg. frozen vegetables, cooked
    3 or 4 c. mashed potatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
    1/2 to 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, vegetables and soup in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Top with mashed potatoes and cheese.
    Bake until cheese is melted and casserole is heated through.
