Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag sauerkraut
1 lb. chipped corn beef
1 c. Thousand Island dressing
rye bread
1 stick butter or margarine
1 lb. Swiss cheese
Preparation

Layer sauerkraut and corned beef in bottom of 9 x 13 pan and put dressing on top.
Put however much bread it takes to cover top of casserole dish.
Cube the bread and coat with the melted butter and then put on top of cheese and Thousand Island dressing and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
