Raisin Jumbles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. oleo
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt (Salt Sense)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1 c. raisins, cooked and drained
Preparation

Cream oleo and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add sour cream, salt, lemon juice, vanilla, cinnamon and eggs.
Beat until well blended.
Add raisins.
Blend.
Mix together flour and baking soda and add to batter, mixing in well.
Drop from spoon onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 12 minutes at 350\u00b0.
