Chicken And Fluffy Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. stewed chicken
    2 single stalks celery
    1 medium onion
    salt to taste
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    water
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. cornmeal (for fluffiness)
Preparation
    Place chicken, which has been previously cooked, in a large pot with the diced onion, celery and parsley. Add 4 cups water and cook until tender.
