Easy Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted self-rising flour *
    1/4 c. oil
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift flour; make hole in center.
    Add oil to milk.
    Pour liquid into flour.
    Mix briskly until nearly all flour is wet. Knead, adding a little flour as needed.
    Remove from bowl.
    Knead until not sticky.
    Roll out 1/2-inch thick (with floured roller). Bake 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
