Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. chicken, boiled and deboned
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of chicken
1 small onion
1/2 c. bell pepper
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
1 small bag nacho cheese Doritos
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except chips and cheese.
Place layer of chips in bottom of casserole.
Pour chicken mixture over chips. Sprinkle with cheese.
Continue to layer until all ingredients are gone.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
