Vegetable Casserolegroves, Texas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can white corn (drained)
    1 can french style beans (drained)
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped peppers
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    Grease 2 qt. casserole.
    Mix all vegetables, sour cream, cheese and soup well.
    Pour into casserole.
    Crush Ritz crackers. Melt butter and mix crackers into butter to make crumb topping. Sprinkle over casserole.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
