Turkey Cutlets Oriental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. skinless turkey cutlets
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. dry vermouth or dry sherry
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and pour over cutlets.
    Marinate at least 1 hour.
    Saute cutlets about 3 minutes each side or microwave about 2 minutes on each side on High roast.
    Serve with rice.
