Fabulous Ham And Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 slices white sandwich bread, crust cut off and cubed
    1 lb. cubed ham, more or less is fine
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, cut in small pieces
    6 eggs
    3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    3 c. crushed cornflakes
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
    Spread half of bread cubes evenly in dish.
    Add ham and both cheeses, then cover with remaining bread cubes.
    Mix milk, eggs, onion salt and mustard. Pour evenly over bread cubes and refrigerate overnight.
    Combine cornflakes and margarine for topping.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Serves 10 but can be halved.
    A good brunch dish.
    Also good with smoked turkey instead of ham.
