Dinner In A Pumpkin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground venison *
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 (4 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 medium pumpkin
    1/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Saute onion in oil.
    Add ground venison; cook until brown, stirring frequently.
    Drain; mix in soy sauce, brown sugar, mushrooms and soup.
    Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring often.
    Stir in cooked rice; spoon into pumpkin shell. Replace top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for an hour.
    Serve from pumpkin.
