Pork Chops With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. uncooked, seasoned long grain and wild rice
    1 can mushroom or celery soup
    1 1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. onion, minced
    1 (16 oz.) can Chinese vegetables
    6 pork chops
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place rice in a large baking dish; mix. Add soup, water, soy sauce and onion.
    Add drained vegetables. Place pork chops, seasoned with salt and pepper, on top.
    Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Serves 6.
    Also can be used with chicken breasts.
