Ham Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 c. chopped cooked ham
2 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
6 Tbsp. margarine
6 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Make a thin white sauce using the margarine, flour and milk. In a slightly greased 2-quart casserole, alternate layers of potatoes, ham and cheese in that order.
Pour white sauce over the mixture.
Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 6.
