Sweet Sour Basting Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1/2 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1/8 ___ minced green pepper
2 oz. pimento
6 oz. frozen pineapple juice concentrate
strips of green pepper
pineapple chunks

Preparation

Blend first 9 ingredients until smooth.
Brush on meat while it broils, barbecues or roasts.
Garnish with pepper strips and pineapple.
Yields 1 cup.
