Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Mazola oil
2 c. sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 c. pecans, chopped
3 c. fresh apples, chopped
1 tsp. soda
Preparation

Put oil in large mixing bowl.
Add sugar and eggs.
Beat until creamy on low speed of mixer.
Sift flour again with salt, soda and baking powder.
Add small amount of flour mixture at a time to egg and sugar mixture, beating after each addition.
Remove from mixer and add apples and nuts by hand.
Bake in paper-lined 9 x 13-inch pan in 350\u00b0 oven for 55 to 60 minutes.
