Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 garlic buds
    1/4 c. parsley (fresh or dry)
    1 tsp. paprika
    4 small pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 large wedges Bleu or Roquefort cheese, crumbled
    2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Thoroughly mash garlic into salt until you can't see it.
    Mix cheeses, parsley, paprika, 1 cup pecans and salt-garlic mixture; roll into several balls, then roll balls in remaining pecans.
