Greek Spinach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. fresh spinach
2 bunches green scallions, finely chopped
1/2 c. minced parsley
1/2 tsp. dill
1 lb. crumbled Feta cheese
8 eggs, beaten
salt
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 lb. filo pastry leaves
1 c. melted butter
Preparation

Wash and trim spinach, dry completely and chop.
Brown scallions in 1/2 cup olive oil until tender.
Combine spinach, parsley, dill, beaten eggs and cheese.
Add cooked scallions, season and mix well.
