Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large Vidalia onions, sliced
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute onions and margarine in skillet for 15 to 20 minutes over medium heat.
    Place 1/2 onions in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Top with 1/2 crackers and 1/2 cheese.
    Repeat with remaining ingredients.
    Bake, uncovered, in 325\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
