Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow cake mix
    1 c. sugar
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 box instant vanilla pudding
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix sugar and pineapple.
    Bake cake mix and cool completely. Cool about 15 minutes.
    Using a fork, poke holes in cake.
    Pour mixture over cake.
    Mix pudding; spread over pineapple.
    When cool, spread with Cool Whip.
