Cream Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 c. water
1 c. flour
Preparation

Boil water.
Add Crisco, flour and salt; stir vigorously using fork, until a paste.
Cool thoroughly.
To paste, add 1 egg at a time.
Stir with fork vigorously until smooth.
Drop by teaspoon onto a Crisco greased cookie sheet.
Bake in a 450\u00b0 oven for 10 or 12 minutes, until golden brown on top.
Wait until cold.
Cut off tops and fill with your favorite (cold) pudding.
Put back tops. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
