Best Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. water
10 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together.
Add water, oil and vinegar; mix well.
Add vanilla.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
This cake only needs powdered sugar on top.
