Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. water
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/3 c. instant potatoes
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 c. milk
    shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Boil water and 2 tablespoons butter.
    Add instant potatoes. Combine onion and 3 tablespoons butter; microwave on High for 2 minutes.
    Add to potatoes and water mixture.
    Add seasonings and milk.
    Heat.
