Texas Chile Hominy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans golden hominy, drained
3 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
4 oz. can chopped green chiles, drained*
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients and pour in baking dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
