Savory Herbed Oatcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. old fashioned rolled oats
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped herbs: rosemary, sage or thyme
    1/2 c. warm water
Preparation
    Place all ingredients except water in food processor, using pulse setting.
    Slowly add water until dough forms a sticky ball. Roll out on a floured board to about 1/8-inch thick.
    Cut into squares or rounds and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Prick well and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes until light brown.
    Cool on rack.
    Can be frozen.
