Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) chopped broccoli, drained
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 (8 oz.) cottage cheese
    1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
Preparation
    Cook onion in melted margarine until limp and transparent. Mix with other ingredients.
    Pour into greased 9-inch square or 7 x 11-inch pan. Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0.
