Peppi Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. red potatoes, cooked with skins, drained and cooled
3 1/2 oz. pkg. pepperoni sliced or stripped
1/4 c. parsley
1/2 c. green onion
3/4 c. favorite salad dressing
Preparation

In gallon size bag, add onion, parsley, dressing and pepperoni. Add warm potatoes to bag.
Seal and shake until all ingredients are coated well.
Set aside to marinate at room temperature, shaking now and then.
