Elegant Crab Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 hard-boiled egg
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1 lb. crabmeat
1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 c. cream sherry to taste (about a wine glass)
Preparation

Melt butter in a saucepan and stir in flour, then the milk, salt and peppers.
Stir until well heated and thickened.
Add crabmeat and then cream.
Heat well.
Add the egg, pressing it through a sieve.
Add sherry and Old Bay seasoning and more salt and pepper if necessary.
