Ingredients

1 c. salad dressing
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 (1 lb.) can chopped, drained apricots
1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries
2 Tbsp. 10x sugar
a few drops red food coloring
2 c. mini marshmallows
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation

Gradually add salad dressing to softened cream cheese, mixing until well blended. Stir in fruit, sugar and coloring.
Fold in marshmallows and whipped cream.
Pour into 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Freeze.
Unmold on platter.
