Slow-Roasted Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 lb. beef short ribs
salt and pepper
barbecue sauce (if desired)
Preparation

Heat oven to 500\u00b0.
Pour about 1 cup water into a roasting pan. Put the ribs, fat side up, on a rack in the roasting pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Roast 20 minutes.
Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and continue roasting until the ribs are tender, about 2 1/2 hours longer.
