Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up
    1 c. rice (uncooked)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with oil or butter.
    Pour the uncooked rice on bottom of pan.
    Place chicken over rice.
    You may season the chicken with salt and pepper before placing on rice. In a saucepan, combine the cream of chicken soup with 1 1/2 cans of water.
    Cook until smooth.
    Pour this over the chicken and rice.
    Cover with chopped onion.
    Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
