Microwave Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 green peppers, cut in half lengthwise
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. quick cooking rolled oats
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. water
Preparation

Place peppers in 2-quart glass baking dish.
Set aside. Combine remaining ingredients except water in medium bowl.
Mix well.
Spoon meat mixture into green pepper halves.
Pour water in bottom of dish.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave on Roast for 22 to 24 minutes or until done (Medium to Medium-high).
Let stand covered 5 minutes before serving.
Makes 8 servings.
