Spiced Shrimp Pape' - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. shrimp (21 to 25 count)
    3 Tbsp. thyme
    3 Tbsp. rosemary
    1 c. white vinegar
    3 Tbsp. marjoram
    3 Tbsp. tarragon
    liberal amount of hot crab spice (preferably Old Bay or Wye River brands)
Preparation
    Combine spices and mix with shrimp.
    Add several bay leaves. Steam over vinegar and water or beer.
    (Steaming only takes a couple of minutes.)
    Do not overcook.
