Berry Blizzard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. plain yogurt
2 Tbsp. water
1 c. fresh berries (choose your favorite)
1 banana
1 tsp. wheat germ
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Combine ingredients in blender and whirl until smooth.
Serve cold in frothy glasses.
