Mom'S Golden Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large raw potatoes
    1/4 c. sifted flour
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. margarine
Preparation
    Cut potatoes into 1 1/2-inch cubes.
    Combine rest of ingredients (except margarine) to make cheese mixture.
    Place cheese mixture in a plastic bag.
    Moisten potatoes with water and shake a few at a time in bag to coat potatoes well.
    Melt butter in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Place potatoes in a layer in the pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 1 hour, turning once after a half hour.
    When golden brown, potatoes may be sprinkled with parsley.
