Baked Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lasagne noodles
1 large jar tomato sauce
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. Ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
8 oz. Mozzarella, shredded
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
Preparation

Mix sauce and ground beef.
Cook lasagne noodles.
Make filling.
Place a little sauce in bottom of greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Alternate layers of lasagne, cheese filling, meat sauce and lasagne.
Allow ends to extend up sides of pan.
Fold extended ends back over top and cover with sauce.
Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
