Sour Cream Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    3 c. sugar
    6 eggs, separated
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 c. cake flour
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add egg yolks, one at a time, beating after each addition.
    Add sour cream, then sifted dry ingredients, mixing after each.
    Add flavoring; beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture.
    Bake in large tube pan at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
    Take out of pan and allow to cool.
