Aunt Chole'S Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/3 c. chopped green peppers
    1 c. (large or small) noodles
    15 oz. can red kidney beans
    2 Tbsp. salsa
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    2 small cans tomato sauce
    1 c. grated cheese
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook noodles.
    Saute onions and bell pepper in 1 tablespoon oil.
    Add ground beef and brown.
    Drain.
    Add beans.
    Add noodles, tomato sauce and cheese.
    Simmer for 6 to 8 minutes.
    If dry, add catsup.
