Vegetable Chip Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (8 oz.) pkg. lite cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1 Tbsp. milk
1 small onion
1 green bell pepper
3 stalks celery
1 (7 oz.) jar green olives
Preparation

Cream the cream cheese, mayonnaise, milk and the juice from the olives, then chop the onion, pepper, celery and olives finely. Mix them well into the creamed mixture.
Refrigerate overnight for best results.
Serve with raw vegetables, crackers or chips.
