Stuffed Yellow Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 large squash
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 small tomato paste
    salt and pepper
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cut squash in half.
    Remove seeds.
    Cook onion and ground beef; brown.
    Drain grease.
    Add tomato paste and can of water; salt and pepper to taste.
    Add mixture to squash.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven covered until squash is tender, about 20 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
