Hot Buttered Drink Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. butter, softened
    4 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
    2 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Cream butter in a large mixing bowl.
    Gradually add sugar and spices.
    Beat until smooth at high speed of electric mixer.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Store in airtight container for 1 month in refrigerator or 3 months in freezer.
    Yields 4 1/2 cup mixture.
