Steak Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 round steak, cut in serving size pieces
salt and pepper to taste
2 c. beef broth or 2 bouillon cubes, dissolved in water
1 onion
1 c. rice
1 sliced tomato
paprika

Preparation

Brown steak, salt and pepper.
Put into a baking dish.
Cover with 2 cups beef broth.
Add onion, rice and sliced tomato; sprinkle with paprika.
Bake for 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
