Royal Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    Pinch of salt
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Beat ingredients until light and fluffy and foam peaks.
    Add more confectioners sugar, if needed, 1 Tbsp. at a time.
    Store in air-tight container or cover with a damp cloth as it will dry quickly.
